Soaked Almonds or Raw Almonds – Which is better for your Child?

When it comes to our kid’s diet, we moms are always wondering whether our kids are receiving adequate nutrition and we are always wondering what new recipe to try. One thing that we must include in their diet every day is Almonds- which is rich in vitamins and minerals.

Nutritional Value of Almonds
Almonds are rich in Vitamin E, Fiber, proteins and omega 3 fatty acids. They are also rich in manganese, potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc and selenium.  A handful of almonds consumed regularly will provide a host of nutritional benefits for your child. Please note almonds should be eaten only within limits like two to three in a day. However, it is advisable to consult your doctor before including them in your baby’s diet as it can cause allergy to some.
Raw Almonds vs Soaked Almonds
If you are given a choice between soaked and raw almonds, what will you go for? Which is the healthier option? The answer is soaked almonds. But Why?
