The orders are usually shipped within 1-3 days from the order received date. All order received on working days before 2 pm are processed on the same day and the orders received after 2 pm are processed on the following business day. All order received on Sundays and other public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Once the order is process and the product is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email notification. You will receive a second email notification with the courier and tracking details once the products are picked by our shipping partner.
We currently do not have international shipping enabled on our website. For any international orders, please reach us on our email id firstname.lastname@example.org
If you wish to apply for cancellation once you have placed an order, you can do so only if the product hasnt been shipped. You can get in touch with the support at email@example.com to raise a cancellation request. Please mention your order id when sending a cancellation request.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the Buyer (i.e. wrong or incomplete name, address, recipient not being available or any other related reason) any extra cost incurred by Skola Toys for re-delivery shall be claimed from the Buyer.
If there is an issue with delivery because of incomplete address or wrong address or the recipient being not available, all extra cost for return and re-delivery will be borne by the buyer.
Return and Replacement
If for any reason you feel the need to return the product, you can do so within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. You can get in touch with support at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order id. Please make sure that the product is in the same condition as it was when it reached you. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
You are also entitled to a replacement within 7 days of receipt of product at no additional shipping cost. We will request you to send us the product back and the replacement will be shipped to you. You will not be charged any addition shipping cost.
All refunds are made through bank transfers and the transfers are initiated within 5 days from the cancellation request.
Return: Return refunds are initiated only after the receipt of the products by Cforcat.
Stock unavailability: For any stock unavailability, the refunds are processed immediately. The refund will be initiated within a day of order receipt.
Delivery Area not serviced: If our logistic partners do not support the delivery area, we will refund the amount within 1-3 days.
Delivery Failure: If the shipment returns due to wrong address, non availability of the pick up person or any other reason which is a mistake from the buyer, the refund will be initiated post the product is received back by us.
